Individual Therapy

Whether you are navigating a particularly challenging period in your life or looking to deepen self-knowledge and expand personal growth, individual therapy offers a safe and confidential environment to explore what is up and relevant in your life at this time.

Brief personal statement:

I believe that throughout our lifetime each of us is called to discover and integrate who we truly are. We’re called to uncover our true nature(s) beneath the debris of trauma and old conditioning. We’re called to set ourselves free. Please read about my approach to psychotherapy as a journey of liberation here.


& Couple's Therapy

Our relationships are supposed to be our biggest resource tanks and it is often the quality of our relationships that determines the quality of our lives.

When the important relationships become painful, we forget that it is not supposed to be that way and we keep going, adapting to "the way things are." I've coached and worked with many couples who were able to restore both the safety and the aliveness in their relationships and I hope to help you and your partner on that journey as well. 

Some of the areas of focus may include:

-Exploration of early life history, attachment styles and the attachment within the relationship

-Learning how to create security within the relationship

-Repair work & learning how to return to safety after there's been an injury

-Understanding the impact of trauma & learning how to navigate and learn from triggers

-Exploration of inherited relational blueprints, including cultural and familial narratives

-Communication skills & learning how to have difficult conversations safely

-Creating a relationship vision that fully nourishes each person within the relationship

Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.
